With more then 50,000 members this gang is so destructive El Salvador started a program called Mano Dura which pretty much means when MS-13 gangsters are captured in El Salvador they simply disappear meaning the Salvadorian government simply kills them. MS-13 was established in the 1980's by Salvodorian teenage refugees. MS-13 is also known as the Worlds Most Dangerous Gang.
